Day 01: Arrival at Delhi
Upon your arrival at Delhi International Airport, you'll be welcomed by our travel executive who'll escort you to the hotel. After making a quick check in at the hotel, freshen up, have your meal and spend the night at the hotel.
Day 02: Delhi
After having a spicy breakfast comprising of delights with a typical flavor of Delhi culture, you'll head for the morning tour of the historic city of old Delhi. You'll visit the famous Red Fort, Jama Masjid - India's largest mosque, and Rajghat - memorial of Mahatma Gandhi. At noon, you'll have lunch at one of the best restaurants of Delhi and proceed for another sightseeing tour. Afternoon stopovers will be Humayun's Tomb, Bahai Temple, Qutub Minar, India Gate and other renowned Government buildings. After observing this difference in the culture of Old Delhi and New Delhi, you can easily frame out the versatility of this metropolis capital. At night, you'll return to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 03: Delhi - Varanasi
In the morning, you'll be dropped at the airport to catch a flight for the next destination of the tour - Varanasi. On arriving at Varanasi Airport, you'll be transferred to the hotel for check in. Freshen up and get ready to visit the major attraction of the holiest city of Hindus - Sarnath, a place where Lord Buddha gave his first sermon to his disciples. Return to the hotel at night to spend the night.
Day 04: Varanasi - Khajuraho
On the fourth day of your tour, you'll wake up to witness the holy performance at Ganges River. An early morning boat ride will allow you to see a number of Hindu rituals. The rituals performed here are conducted with full devotion and a pure heart. All important ceremonies like thread ceremony, head shaving and offering of food to the departing souls are carried out here. Later, you'll proceed for a city tour. Post lunch, you'll depart for Khajuraho, famous for its erotic sculptures. When you reach, make a check in at the hotel and relax at night.
Day 05: Khajuraho - Agra
After having a delicious breakfast, you'll go for a half day sightseeing of the temples built between 9th and 13th centuries. Beautiful sculptures are maintained neatly portraying Hindu deities, warriors, animals and amorous couples. By afternoon you'll leave for the airport to travel to Agra via air. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by our representative who'll escort you to the hotel for sleepover.
Day 06: Agra
Day six will begin with a healthy breakfast, after which you'll visit one of the Seven Wonders of the World, also regarded as the symbol of love, the Taj Mahal. This mausoleum was built by Mughal Emperor Shahjahan in memory of his beloved queen Mumtaz Mahal. Another attraction of Agra is Agra Fort, also known as Red Fort. Both the monuments are very famous and attract tourists in large numbers. Agra is famous for the intricate designing and architecture of these colossal monuments. Return to the hotel in the evening for night stay.
Day 07: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
Early in the morning, you'll leave for Jaipur - the Pink City. On the way, you'll make a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, an erstwhile capital during the reign of Emperor Akbar. The city is an excellent piece of architecture designed and built in red sandstone. You'll then continue your journey to Jaipur. When you reach, make a check-in at the hotel and call it a day.
Day 08: Jaipur
The day will be spent in observing the stunning sights of forts and palaces in the city. After breakfast, you'll head towards the colossal Amber Fort. An elephant ride will travel you to the entrance gate of the Amer Palace. In the afternoon, you'll stroll through Jaipur to travel back into the glorious past. Visits will be made to Birla Temple, Govind Dev Ji Temple, Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and Ramgarh Lake. If time permits, you can spend some time in shopping in the evening. Come back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 09: Jaipur - Udaipur
Take a relishing breakfast at the hotel and proceed to the airport to fly off to Udaipur, famous for its essence of romance in Rajasthan. Be accompanied to the hotel upon your arrival and freshen up after checking in. A sightseeing tour will follow up. Renowned for hilltop bastions, fairytale palaces, and urban and industrial centers, this City of Lakes offers plenty to see and explore. Performing arts, painting and crafts add to the magnificence of the city. City Palace Museum, Bharatiya Lok Mandal, Saheliyon-ki-Bari, and Maharana Pratap Memorial are the popular tourist attractions. At noon, you'll be taken for a boat ride on Lake Pichola to visit Jag Mandir. These destinations not only have historical significance but are also cherished for their unique art and architecture. Return to the hotel for night's rest.
Day 10: Udaipur - Mumbai
An early morning meal will be followed by a journey to Mumbai via air. Drive on to the hotel, make a check in and proceed for a half day tour. Major places of interest include Marine Drive, Hanging Gardens, Gateway of India, Tower of Silence, Mani Bhawan, Kamala Nehru Park, Dhobi Ghat, Flora Fountain, Crawford Market, and Princes of Whales Museum. End the day with a drive back to the hotel for overnight stay.
Day 11: Mumbai - Aurangabad
On this day, you'll be ushered to the airport to catch a flight for Aurangabad. Complete the formalities and arrive at the hotel. A check in will be followed by a full day excursion of Aurangabad. The magnificent Ajanta Caves, built in the 2nd century, will be the first stop. Striking frescoes, wall paintings and dramatic sculptures reflect the ancient art and architecture of Indian history. Spend some time in shopping and in the evening, return to the hotel for sleepover.
Day 12: Aurangabad - Mumbai
Post breakfast, an excursion to Ellora Caves will be made. An exemplary example of rock cut caves, these caves are listed under the category of World Heritage Site. The 34 caves are a perfect fusion of Buddhism, Jainism and Hinduism. Capture the historical sights in your digital camera. Later, proceed to the airport to board the flight to Mumbai. Arrive and drive to the hotel. Make a check in and retire for the night.
Day 13: Mumbai Departure
Early in the morning after breakfast, you will be transferred to Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport to board the flight for your onward destination.
